OVERVIEW
Summerlin is located on the fringes of Las Vegas, between the Spring Mountains and the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area. It has a total size of around 22,500 acres.
Summerlin is a master-planned community known for its intelligent design and extensive planning. It is a self-contained community with a mix of residential, business, and recreational spaces. The neighborhood is recognized for its well-kept communities, tree-lined streets, and substantial open space.
